The method
Every engagement moves through three turns of the compass.
01
Discover
the You within you
We start where you actually are — not where you think you should be. Honest mapping of the patterns, strengths, and beliefs running underneath the surface.
02
Aspire
to what is truly yours
Clarity about what you really want, separated from what you inherited, absorbed, or settled for. This is where the compass gets set.
03
Empower
the change to stay
Practice between sessions, not just insight inside them. Small, consistent shifts that compound into lasting change.

Questions, answered
Before you ask.
The honest answers to what people usually want to know before the first conversation.
Ask something elseWhat happens in the free first session?
Thirty minutes, by phone, video, or in person in Manama. We take an honest look at where you are, what you want to change, and whether this work is right for you at all. If it is, we choose the program together. If it isn’t, you leave with clarity anyway — there is no obligation and no pressure.
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching is a forward-looking partnership: it starts from where you are and builds toward what you want, through awareness and practice. It is not a substitute for clinical mental-health care — and if the first conversation suggests another kind of support would serve you better, Rula will say so honestly.
Do we meet in person or online?
Both. The practice is based in Manama, Bahrain — working week Sunday to Thursday — and runs online across time zones. Most engagements mix the two; the format follows your life, not the other way around.
How long does an engagement last?
It depends on the work. Most one-to-one clients begin weekly or bi-weekly, executive engagements typically run over several months, and Mental Fitness is a structured six-week program. The cadence is agreed together and revisited as you go.
What does ICF PCC actually mean?
Professional Certified Coach — a credential of the International Coaching Federation, the profession’s global standards body. It certifies rigorous training, documented client hours, and a binding code of ethics. It is the standard the whole practice is held to.
What does coaching cost?
It depends on the program and format — private, group, executive, or workshop. The first conversation is free, and part of its job is to scope what you actually need before any commitment. You will always know the full picture before deciding.

The life you want is one conversation away.
The first conversation is free. Thirty minutes, no pressure — just an honest look at where you are and where you could go.
